Yes. You need a locally recognized Sri Lankan driving permit. As a Panda Tuk Tuk customer, we can arrange your local permit before you arrive, helping you take to the road legally and safely.
Yes. Our tuk tuks come with comprehensive insurance by default. The cover includes you and your passengers, the rented vehicle, and third-party protection, subject to the rental and insurance terms.
Absolutely. We offer more than 24 pick-up and drop-off locations across the island, including Colombo, Ella, Kandy, Arugam Bay, and Sigiriya. Tell us your preferred locations when booking.
We provide 24/7 roadside support and access to a dedicated rescue team. We help coordinate repairs, including tyre-related issues, and can arrange a replacement tuk tuk when necessary so you can continue your journey. Any eligible breakdown-related fuel or travel costs are handled according to your rental terms.
