Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Panda Tuk Tuk (Pvt) Ltd.

At Panda Tuk Tuk (Pvt) Ltd., we aim to make your rental experience transparent, smooth, and fair. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Returns

  • Tuk tuks must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location as stated in your booking confirmation.
  • Late returns may incur additional charges.
  • Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received (excluding normal wear and tear).
  • Fuel level must match the level at pickup; otherwise, refueling charges will apply.

2. Cancellations

By Customer:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will not receive any refund.

By Panda Tuk Tuk:

  • If we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or an alternative vehicle offered.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
  • Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

4. Deposit Refund

  • A refundable security deposit may be collected at pickup.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the vehicle is returned in good condition, without damage, and with the correct fuel level.
  • Any deductions for damages, fines, or missing items will be clearly communicated.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Late cancellations (within 48 hours of rental start)
  • No-shows or failure to pick up the vehicle
  • Early returns or unused rental days
  • Damage, fines, or traffic violations incurred during the rental
  • License fees, transaction/bank fees

6. Force Majeure

  • Panda Tuk Tuk (Pvt) Ltd. is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
